MyModels – Talent Discovery Platform
1. Platform Overview
MyModels is a digital talent discovery platform designed to connect professional
Models with Clients such as Casting Agencies, Production Houses, Advertising Firms,
Makeup Academies, Beauty Parlours, Event Organizers, and Individual Clients.
MyModels does NOT act as an employer, agent, manager, guarantor,
or mediator between Clients and Models.
2. Client Eligibility
Clients must be legally eligible to enter into professional agreements and must
provide accurate, truthful, and complete information while using the platform.
3. Professional Conduct (STRICT POLICY)
All Clients are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and ethical
approach when interacting with Models.
The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
- Abusive, vulgar, threatening, or offensive language
- Sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, or indecent proposals
- Pressuring or coercing models into uncomfortable situations
- Requesting illegal, immoral, or unethical services
- Discriminatory behavior of any kind
- Contacting models for non-professional or personal reasons
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Any violation of professional conduct rules will result in
immediate suspension or permanent termination of the client account without refund.
4. Safety & Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring:
- A safe, legal, and respectful working environment
- Clear disclosure of work type, duration, and expectations
- Compliance with all local, state, and national laws
- Model safety during travel, work, and interactions
5. Payments & Access
Clients must pay the required unlock fee or subscription plan amount to access
detailed model information.
MyModels does not guarantee job confirmation, availability, or successful
collaboration.
6. Misuse of Model Information
Clients must NOT:
- Share model contact details with third parties
- Use images or data without explicit consent
- Store, publish, or distribute model information
- Use data for scams, fraud, or illegal activities
7. Liability Disclaimer
MyModels shall NOT be responsible or liable for any incident, dispute, loss, injury,
harassment, misconduct, fraud, or illegal activity occurring during or after
offline interactions between Clients and Models.
All engagements, meetings, and collaborations occur entirely at the
Client’s and Model’s own risk and responsibility.
8. Termination & Legal Action
MyModels reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any client
account that violates these Terms & Conditions.
Serious violations may be reported to legal authorities if required.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyModels, Clients confirm that they have read, understood,
and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
